Ihre Aufgaben
- Advising business and people managers in all HR matters
- Regular cooperation with works councils in co-determination matters, including negotiations of works agreements
- Participating in (international) projects and reorganizations, together with other Shared Service streams
- Supporting in M&A and (post-merger) integration projects
- Enhancing digitalization and automation processes within HR environment
Ihr Profil
- 2-3+ years of professional experience as HR generalist
- A confident and customer-oriented demeanor
- Communication skills, experience in negotiations
- Eager to learn, motivated, a proactive approach, being solution-oriented
- A university degree or similar qualification is recommended
- Very good ability to work in a team
- Fluent German and English skills
- Knowledge in labor law is helpful
